Acceptance

By using the Placeframe website or any pre-release versions of the Placeframe app, you agree to these terms.

Placeframe is currently operated as an independent software project by Glacials.

Service status

Placeframe is in active development. The website is informational, and the app may change before public release. Features, integrations, and availability may be added, revised, delayed, or removed.

Your responsibilities

• Review location suggestions before writing them to your photo library.
• Use the app only with data you have the right to access and modify.
• Keep your own backups of photos and metadata if that matters to your workflow.

No warranty

The website and pre-release app are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. There is no promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Placeframe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the website or app.

Third-party services and trademarks

The app may interact with Apple Photos, Apple Maps, iCloud Photos, and Google Timeline exports. Those services and marks belong to their respective owners, and their own terms and privacy practices continue to apply.
